Our client is a next-generation Government Tech & AI startup on a mission to bring transparency and accountability to global public procurement systems.

Founded in 2024 and headquartered in Lisbon (soon to be incorporated in Dubai) the company is building AI-powered procurement transparency solutions for governments worldwide think Palantir but built for multiple governments and open ecosystems rather than for a single national structure.

Their vision: to replace opaque corruption-prone government procurement with data-driven AI-enabled transparency that any government can adopt.

The Role

Were seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead the transformation of the current MVP into an enterprise-grade secure and scalable platform used by governments and corporations worldwide.

Youll own the product vision roadmap and execution for an AI agent ecosystem a complex architecture combining multiple large language models (GPT-4 Grok Anthropic Claude Gemini OpenAI) and a Neo4j knowledge graph built on government procurement data.

This is a hands-on high-impact role: youll rebuild a technically flawed MVP into a production-ready product capable of meeting the security compliance and architecture complexity demanded by government clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision and long-term roadmap for the AI-powered government procurement transparency platform

• Oversee a complete product rebuild from proof-of-concept MVP to a secure enterprise-grade solution

• Translate government requirements into clear product specifications and scalable architecture decisions

• Lead cross-functional collaboration with AI engineers data scientists and DevOps teams

• Design and prioritize multi-agent LLM interactions and data workflows (GPT-4 Anthropic Gemini etc.)

• Work directly with government stakeholders to ensure the platform meets institutional and compliance needs

• Partner with leadership to define security standards governance and system integrity protocols

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in product management for B2B or SaaS products

• Strong background in AI/ML or LLM-driven products

• Proven experience rebuilding or scaling complex technical systems from MVP to enterprise scale

• Understanding of government procurement workflows or public sector software

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced mission-driven startup environment
