Job Summary
An ambitious and forward-thinking 1118 school in Bristol is seeking a dedicated and imaginative Design & Technology Teacher to join their Technology Faculty from January 2026. This is a full-time permanent post that provides the opportunity to work in a department that promotes innovation sustainability and technical excellence.
The successful candidate will teach Design & Technology across KS3KS5 specialising in Product Design Engineering or Resistant Materials. You will deliver lessons that challenge students to think creatively and practically combining problem-solving with digital design tools such as CAD/CAM and 3D printing. The department encourages cross-curricular collaboration with the sciences and art ensuring students develop both technical precision and creative confidence.

Experience and Qualifications:
QTS/PGCE and degree in DT Engineering or Product Design
Strong practical and creative teaching ability
Experience teaching GCSE and A-Level desirable
