KS1 Teacher – Warm and Welcoming school in Dartford

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 1 Teacher to join our ambitious and supportive Primary School in Dartford. This is a permanent role starting October half term 2025 offering the chance to inspire and nurture children as they progress through Key Stage 1.

• Working Pattern: Full Time Term Time Only
• Salary: MPS/UPS (dependent on experience)
• Suitable for: Experienced or Early Career Teachers (ECTs welcome)

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative teacher to join our KS1 team. As a Year 1 Teacher you will play a vital role in building on pupils Early Years experiences and ensuring a smooth transition into Key Stage 1. You will deliver engaging differentiated lessons that spark curiosity and confidence in every child.

The successful candidate will embrace the responsibilities of a Year 1 Teacher working closely with colleagues parents and carers to help children achieve their best academically socially and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver exciting and high-quality lessons as a Year 1 Teacher
• Support and challenge pupils of all abilities to maximise their progress
• Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment as a Year 1 Teacher
• Work in partnership with colleagues parents and the wider school community
• Contribute to the schools culture of ambition respect and achievement
