Job Summary

Position : IT Systems Management Analyst
Location : Remote (100%)

Citrix experience is a must

Incident Management / Problem Management (ITIL ITSM frameworks)
At least 4 years of relevant experience in systems management or infrastructure engineering.
Strong hands-on experience with:
VMware environments
Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (2203 or newer)
Citrix NetScaler and PVS
Red Hat Linux (RHEL 8/9) troubleshooting and lifecycle management
LVM and SAN/NAS storage management
Data Center design build and physical hardware management (rack & stack cabling)
Shell scripting for automation and snapshot management
