Job Summary

IMPORTANT: Fingerprints must be completed in West Virginia at least 7-10 business days prior to start. Traveler must be available to travel to or arrive in WV early to complete these. These must be completed as soon as possible as results can take anywhere from 5-7 days and candidates will not be cleared to start without results on file. Behavioral Health/Psych LPN Patient Age Group: Adults 3x12 Nights 7p-7:30a weekdays every other weekend **Please limit holiday RTO requests to no more than 1 of the 3 major holidays** Travelers are to fill in for shifts not covered by regular staff - blocked schedule requests cannot be accommodated.
