Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team on a PRN (Per Diem) basis. The ideal candidate will provide quality nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies and procedures ensuring a safe and healthy environment for all residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor patient health and record observations.
Assist with daily living activities such as bathing dressing and mobility.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient records.
Respond promptly to patient needs and emergency situations.
Follow infection control and safety procedures.
Communicate effectively with patients families and staff.

Required Qualifications:

Current and valid LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania.
CPR/BLS certification (required).
Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
Strong clinical communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work varying shifts as needed.
