Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (PRN) to join our healthcare team in Crofton MD. Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct patient care in accordance with established nursing protocols and physician instructions
Monitor patient health administer medications and provide treatments
Document patient observations assessments and care provided in electronic health records (EHR)
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians therapists and other nurses
Provide emotional support and education to patients and families
Respond promptly to emergency situations
Maintain compliance with all federal state and facility regulations and policies

Required Qualifications:

Valid RN license in the state of Maryland.
Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
Current BLS/CPR certification.
Strong clinical critical thinking and communication skills.
Ability to work flexible PRN hours including evenings nights weekends and holidays as needed.
