Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team on a PRN (as-needed) basis. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients ensure their comfort and safety and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver optimal outcomes. This position is perfect for nurses seeking flexible scheduling and supplemental income.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Document patient care accurately and timely in electronic health records (EHR).
Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to infection control procedures.
Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
Respond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.

Required Qualifications:

Valid RN license in the state of Pennsylvania.
Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
Current BLS/CPR certification.
Strong clinical critical thinking and communication skills.
Ability to work flexible PRN hours including evenings nights weekends and holidays as needed.
