Pay Rate: $35 - $40/hr; (Negotiable based on experience)
Shift: 7:00 AM 3:00 PM
Job Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for a PRN position in Madison CT. As an RN you will provide high-quality nursing care to our patients ensuring their well-being and comfort. This is a flexible as-needed position where youll work on a per diem basis helping to fill shifts as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in a variety of settings including monitoring vital signs administering medications and assisting with daily living activities.
- Collaborate with physicians healthcare providers and other team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Perform assessments and document patient progress response to treatments and any changes in condition.
- Educate patients and their families on health management treatments and follow-up care.
- Maintain patient safety and a clean comfortable environment.
- Adhere to all hospital and safety policies maintaining confidentiality in all situations.
- Respond to emergency situations providing immediate care and support as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Valid RN license in the state of Connecticut.
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
- Strong clinical critical thinking and communication skills.
