This position provides compassionate hospice care and patient support throughout Shippensburg and surrounding areas. The role includes managing individualized care plans ensuring accurate documentation and maintaining a patient-centered focus during end-of-life care.

Key responsibilities

Manage and deliver hospice patient care plans
Support patients and families within the assigned area
Complete all charting and documentation accurately and on time
Manage time and scheduling independently

Schedule

Saturday and Sunday 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
One additional day (Friday or Monday) from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Candidates available only for Saturday and Sunday may also be considered

Travel

Local travel within the assigned region

Qualifications
Required

Associate degree or higher in Nursing
At least 2 years of hospice experience
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania
Valid drivers license reliable transportation and current auto insurance

Preferred

RN license number provided for credential verification
