Job Summary

The responsibilities of Senior Maintenance Supervisor is to lead and assist maintenance teams with daily work orders and projects. This role will serve as a anchor for both night shifts; focusing on leadership training and technical support of their maintenance teams. This individual is expected to create a positive and supportive culture that leads to their teams desire for being successful and producing quality work. The Senior Supervisor will also be resposible for managing activity of the maintenance staff and evaluation of performance and assist with setting staff role assignments training and development needs.
