Job Summary

Job Title: QA Test Lead (Jira XRay AWS HP QC Mainframe)

Location: Atlanta GA (Onsite - Local to Metro Atlanta)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Mandatory Qualifications:

Strong understanding of SDLC and Software Quality Assurance concepts and best practices.
Proven working knowledge of testing methodologies defect management and QA metrics development.
Hands-on experience with HP/Mercury Quality Center.
Working knowledge of supporting protocols in software development for mainframe and distributed environments.
Proficient in software testing techniques methodologies and defect management.
Experience running daily defect triage meetings and reporting.
Hands-on experience in Jira and Xray.
Experience testing web applications in AWS.
Expertise in creating test plans developing test scenarios and generating QA metrics and reports.
Ability to facilitate and organize the execution of test cases/scripts efficiently.
Ability to identify gaps in test coverage to meet business requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

Mainframe programming scripting or experience in test automation.
Strong collaboration skills to work closely with technical and business teams.
Experience in conflict resolution and managing UAT schedules.
Ability to drive and report interface and integration testing progress.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies and plans for complex systems.
Manage defect tracking triage and reporting processes.
Facilitate and lead daily defect triage meetings.
Coordinate and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) schedules.
Drive and report on interface and integration testing activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are fully tested.
Identify gaps in test coverage and implement corrective measures.
Prepare and present QA metrics reports and progress updates.
Ensure adherence to QA best practices and maintain high standards of quality throughout the SDLC.
