Job Summary

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Estimator and Project Manager located in Raritan NJ. The Estimator and Project Manager will be responsible for preparing estimates submittals and purchasing. Daily tasks include collaborating with team members and customers to ensure project goals are met maintaining clear communication with clients and stakeholders and overseeing project timelines and deliverables. The role also involves coordinating with the architectural estimating department to ensure accurate and timely proposals.

Qualifications

Cost Management Budgeting and Construction Estimating skills
Experience in commercial doors and hardware
Communication and Project Estimation skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in relevant software and tools
Experience in the construction industry is a plus
Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering or related field
