We are a well-established dynamic law firm based in New Jersey known for our strong litigation practice and commitment to client service. Our team represents a range of insurance carriers corporations and self-insured entities in complex civil litigation matters. We are currently seeking a skilled Insurance Defense Attorney to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of insurance defense matters including personal injury property damage premises liability and general liability claims
Conduct legal research draft pleadings motions and discovery responses
Represent clients in court appearances depositions mediations and arbitrations
Collaborate with clients adjusters and internal teams to develop case strategy
Maintain accurate and timely reporting and documentation

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in New Jersey (New York admission a plus)
3 years of experience in insurance defense litigation
Strong analytical writing and oral advocacy skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Experience with case management software preferred
