Job Title: Quality Manager
Location: Bennington VT
Job Type: Full Time on-site
Shift: MONDAY - THURSDAY 10 HOUR SHIFTS (FRIDAYS OFF!)

Position Summary:
Responsible for developing and sustaining the core systems and processes surrounding the assurance of
quality products manufactured at Company.
Responsible for monitoring and improving performance of all Production Quality Team members.
Optimize and drive execution of all quality and process controls at launch and during normal production.
Responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and peers.
Tasks:
Maintains full quality compliance while driving process effectiveness.
Executes Quality Management System reviews ensuring audit readiness and lead the Quality System audits.
Lead communication and training requirements for Quality department personnel.
Own the 8D process to drive non-compliance issues to full corrective action.
Monitors controls and analyzes product and process quality to meet internal and external customer
requirements.
Owns and controls all PPAP requirements collaborating and networking to achieve success.
Represents the Quality department throughout the PRR process.
Owns the Document Control function.
Provides hands on assistance for inspection where necessary.
Drive the use of statistical data collection to promote continuous improvements projects.
Works closely with others to define APQP documentation (PFD CP PFMEA WI)
Manage the measuring instrumentation on site maintaining and calibrating when necessary.
Schedule and prioritize all quality department staff activities.
Provide service to production to support their needs for inspection and provide quality decision making.
Provide customer feedback regarding NCRs.
Manage the disposition and control of all non-conforming materials on site.
Control the housekeeping and organization (6-S) of all quality department areas.
Attending and hosting daily Gemba meetings to represent the quality department.
Updates the Quality Gemba board with goals for department outputs.
Manages and motivates Quality department staff.
Plans and executes essential training for Quality department staff as well as other departments in quality
matters.
