Job Summary

Role: Senior Product Analyst
Duration: Through Q2 2026
Location: Onsite- Westpoint PA

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Analyst to lead the successful implementation of the Empower Upgrade Project focused on upgrading automated data enablement and chromatography systems. The ideal candidate will work closely with laboratory scientists and technical teams to ensure seamless integration and high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed business process analysis requirements gathering and documentation.
Prepare comprehensive system lifecycle documentation in accordance with project standards.
Support system implementation validation and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Collaborate closely with R&D laboratory scientists to ensure alignment between scientific workflows and system functionality.
Serve as the key liaison between business end users and technical project teams.
Track project milestones and ensure timely delivery of deliverables.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience supporting laboratory scientists in R&D environments.
Strong background in chromatography data systems (CDS) and instrument management.
Hands-on experience with Waters Empower and knowledge of end-to-end laboratory processes.
Proven expertise in business analysis requirements documentation and process improvement.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and business discussions.
Experience working in regulated environments (GxP FDA EMA) is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

Prior involvement in chromatography system upgrades or data integrity projects.
Familiarity with electronic laboratory notebooks (ELN) or LIMS systems.
Understanding of scientific data lifecycle management principles.
