We are seeking a UX Designer to join our team. This role will involve designing and enhancing engaging user-centered digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have experience in user research prototyping usability testing and creating intuitive design solutions - with a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.

Job Description

As a UX Designer at Trilyon Inc. you will play a key role in shaping the user experience for web and mobile applications. Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate user insights into innovative and elegant designs that drive business impact.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct user research to understand user behaviors needs and motivations.
Create user personas user flows and journey maps to inform design decisions.
Develop wireframes mockups and prototypes that effectively communicate design ideas.
Design and deliver user-centered solutions for web and mobile applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are implemented as intended.
Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
Stay up-to-date with the latest UX trends techniques and technologies.
Design engaging and visually appealing Keynote presentations for leadership communication.

Skills and Competencies

Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma Sketch Adobe XD or similar.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.
Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate design decisions.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.
Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

As a UX Designer you will be responsible for ensuring each design choice aligns with user needs and business goals. The ideal candidate will bring creativity precision and empathy to every stage of the design process.
