Job Title: Data Architect / Snowflake Architect - Need locals
Location: Houston Texas Hybrid Role 3 days onsite.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Data Architect / Senior Data Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Snowflake DBT and SQL. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing and optimizing scalable data architectures building robust data pipelines and enabling data analytics and reporting across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop and maintain scalable data models and pipelines using Snowflake and DBT.
- Build and optimize ELT processes to support data ingestion and transformation workflows.
- Create efficient reusable SQL code to transform and analyze large datasets.
- Implement data quality checks monitoring and documentation practices.
- Collaborate with Data Analysts Data Scientists and Business Stakeholders to understand data requirements.
- Ensure data security governance and performance tuning within the Snowflake environment.
Define and enforce data modeling and engineering standards and best practices.
