Job Summary

Job Title: A Associate Attorney
Job Location: Farmington Hills MI

Job Type: Full Time

Job Description:

Prepare review and approve foreclosure-related pleadings.

Manage all aspects of foreclosure cases including contested matters.

Represent clients in mediations depositions and hearings (telephonic and in-person).

Conduct regular meetings and provide updates to clients.

Review chains of title and ensure accuracy.

Perform additional duties and participate in special projects as assigned.

Requirements

Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Active member in good standing with the Michigan Bar Association.

Ability to manage and prioritize a high-volume caseload.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on client interaction (via client systems email and phone).

Exceptional client service and relationship management skills.

Demonstrated problem-solving ability and timely decision-making.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Detail-oriented with excellent multi-tasking capabilities.

Required Skills

Juris Doctor (JD) degree

Active membership in good standing with the Michigan Bar Association

High-volume caseload management
