We are actively seeking Risk SME / Project Manager level candidates with strong expertise in ServiceNow IRM (GRC) and financial services risk management for our fast-growing Banking & Financial Services Risk & Regulatory Compliance Consulting Practice in the U.S.

This role will lead a strategic engagement to support a banks migration from RSA Archer to ServiceNow IRM including design and implementation of risk management taxonomies processes RCSA reporting and controls management.

Candidates with experience in other GRC platform migrations (e.g. IBM OpenPages to ServiceNow IRM) are highly desirable.

Overall Requirements

Strong expertise in ServiceNow IRM (GRC) platform with practical experience in platform migrations and implementations.
Deep knowledge of risk management frameworks risk taxonomies and RCSA (Risk & Control Self-Assessment) processes.

This role involves leading discovery workshops conducting process analysis and acting as the functional owner of the solution to ensure it aligns with business goals and best practices.
