Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated energetic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our India Staffing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in generating new business building client relationships and driving revenue within IT and Non-IT staffing services.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify prospect and engage new clients across industries for contract contract-to-hire and permanent staffing solutions.
Conduct cold calls email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified leads.
Build and maintain strong client relationships with HR Procurement and Hiring Managers.
Participate in client meetings proposal presentations and negotiations.
Track sales pipeline using CRM tools and meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
Stay updated on industry trends competitors and market conditions to identify new opportunities.

Required Skills & Experience:

3 6 years of experience in business development or account management within the staffing or recruitment industry.
Proven experience in lead generation client acquisition and relationship management.
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
Strong understanding of India staffing market and industry hiring trends.
Self-motivated target-oriented and capable of working independently and as part of a team.

Education:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field preferred.
