Job Summary

Key Rsponsibilities:
5 to 10 Years Experience In UX Researcher
Plan conduct and analyze qualitative and quantitative research including usability tests user interviews surveys field studies diary studies and A/B tests.
Translate research findings into actionable insights to inform product and design decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define research objectives and ensure user-centered thinking throughout the product lifecycle.
Develop personas user journey maps and other UX artifacts to communicate findings.
Advocate for the user and help build empathy within the product team.
Maintain a repository of research insights and best practices.
Stay updated on industry trends UX research methods and tools.
