The Role: Accountant
You will be responsible for managing the full accounting function across multiple hospitality entities. This role is ideal for an analytical detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and contributing to informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full accounting function including reconciliations VAT submissions and month-end processes
Prepare accurate financial statements and assist with internal and external audits in line with IFRS/GAAP standards
Oversee budgeting forecasting and variance analysis to guide management decisions
Maintain accurate financial records for multiple entities
Partner with operations and management teams to drive profitability and cost control initiatives
Ensure compliance with all statutory and tax requirements

About You

SAIPA or SAICA qualification with 3 to 5 years of accounting experience (hospitality sector experience advantageous)
Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero or similar
Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capability
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Self-motivated organised and able to work independently with accuracy and accountability
