The Role: Butler
As a Butler youll be at the heart of creating unforgettable guest experiences. This role combines professionalism warmth and precision and ensuring each guest enjoys seamless personalized service throughout their stay. Youll anticipate needs manage requests with discretion and uphold the highest standards of presentation and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver personalized attentive service to all guests.
Coordinate daily room dining and guest activity needs.
Anticipate guest preferences and ensure seamless experiences.
Support bar dining and housekeeping teams where needed.
Uphold 5-star service standards and lodge presentation.
Handle guest queries with professionalism and discretion.

About You

3 to 5 years of experience in 5-star hospitality or luxury service.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.
Strong attention to detail presentation and guest care.
Barista or mixology experience is a plus.
Professional discreet and passionate about delivering excellence.
