The Role: Field Sales Agent (Lead Generation)
As a Field Sales Agent youll be responsible for generating leads engaging potential clients and qualifying opportunities within assigned areas. This role is ideal for an outgoing confident communicator who thrives in a results-oriented face-to-face sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and qualify new sales leads through door-to-door and event-based outreach.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects.
Present product benefits clearly and confidently to potential customers.
Meet and exceed monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
Ensure accurate reporting and communication with the internal team.
Uphold the company values of professionalism honesty and accountability in all interactions.

About You

Matric certificate or higher qualification.
1 to 2 years of experience in field sales promotions or customer engagement preferred.
Outgoing energetic and persuasive personality.
Motivated self-disciplined and goal-driven.
Excellent communication and people skills.
Must have a reliable car and a valid drivers licence (R2000 allowance provided).
Confident using a tablet and basic digital tools for reporting and communication.
