Senior React Lead

• Lead by doing: Design and deliver robust scalable React and React Native solutions in a collaborative agile environment
• Architect with intent: Define and evolve application architectures that balance performance maintainability and innovation
• Mentor with purpose: Support and guide engineers across teams ensuring engineering excellence becomes part of our culture
• Champion quality: Set up testing pipelines and CI/CD automation and ensure apps perform beautifully under real-world conditions
• Collaborate widely: Partner with designers delivery teams and solution engineers to turn ambitious ideas into reliable impactful products

• React Native Expertise: 5 years building and maintaining production-grade RN apps
• JavaScript/TypeScript Skills: Advanced understanding of modern JS and strong TypeScript habits
• Native Know-How: Comfortable debugging and optimizing across iOS and Android
• Architecture & Performance: Proven ability to design scalable high-performing mobile solutions
• Testing & CI/CD: Hands-on experience with Jest automated testing and deployment pipelines
• Security & Monitoring: Awareness of mobile security best practices and use of tools like Sentry or Crashlytics
• Leadership: Strong communicator who mentors others and drives engineering standards
