This is a fantastic opportunity to join the central operations team that forms the backbone of their Linked Investment Service Provider (LISP) platform. You will be a key player in a team that ensures the seamless accurate and efficient processing of all daily investment activities.

Performance Objectives for Year One

Achieve Excellence in Daily Reconciliations:Within the first 3 months gain full autonomy over the daily bank account and unit reconciliation processes ensuring all items are cleared or explained accurately within the strict daily deadlines.
Master the Transaction Lifecycle:By month 6 flawlessly manage the daily cycle of operational tasks including processing income distributions submitting trade instructions and ensuring accurate settlements on the trading platform.
Take Ownership of a Key Process:Within 9 months become the subject matter expert for a specific operational process such as Regulation 28 maintenance or coordinating the ballot process ensuring it is completed accurately and on time each cycle.
Contribute to Operational Improvement:By the end of year one actively participate in the testing of an administration system change or contribute to updating a key process document helping to enhance efficiency and reduce operational risk.
