- Must have a minimum of 5 years experience as an Engineering Manager specifically within the Automotive Manufacturing Industry
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar required
- Lean Six Sigma Certification required
- Proven experience in Project Management specifically within the Automotive Industry required
- AutoCAD Software literacy required
- Solid understanding and working experience with Quality Management Systems including IATF16949 ISO14001 VDA6.3 SPTT
- Strong knowledge of SPC Change Management Supplier and Customer Communication Process Improvement Techniques Budget Management Reporting
- Own transport required
- Contactable references and payslips required upon request
- Basic Salary of R 80 000 negotiable based on experience
