A Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Information Systems or something equally serious
ISTQB Certification proof you know your craft
SQL Proficiency you dont just run queries; you interrogate the truth from data
Experience with tools like Postman Selenium Jira test frameworks or ticketing systems
For 2nd Line: Youve handled escalations logs and late-night mysteries
For QA: You break things on purpose and make sure they never break again
