Job Title: Security Site Manager
Location: Tygervalley Shopping Centre (Retail management)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Security Site Manager to oversee all security operations at our retail site. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management risk assessment and security procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement security procedures to protect the retail site and its assets
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential security threats and develop strategies to mitigate them
- Manage a team of security personnel including hiring training and scheduling
- Monitor CCTV systems and alarm systems to ensure the safety of the retail site
- Respond to security incidents and emergencies taking appropriate action to protect staff and customers
- Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services as needed
- Maintain accurate records of security incidents and reports
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in criminal justice security management or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in retail management with a focus on security
- Strong knowledge of security procedures and risk assessment techniques
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions in emergency situations
- Experience managing a team of security personnel
- Valid security license or certification
