Job Summary
Are you a dynamic Project Engineer / Project Manager that can lead multidisciplinary engineering projects from concept to completion. If you thrive on coordinating teams managing budgets and delivering exceptional client outcomes this is your opportunity to make an impact within a forward-thinking engineering consultancy.
Job Description:
- Lead and coordinate project teams to deliver on scope schedule and budget
- Manage project costs progress and reporting
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Prepare project schedules cost plans and monthly status reports
- Facilitate meetings and document key actions and decisions
- Mentor junior engineers and support business development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with OHSA and company policies
- Minimum 10 years post-graduate experience (minimum 5 in a project environment)
- Proficient in MS Project and MS Office
- Strong leadership planning and cost-control skills
- Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
- Detail-oriented proactive and able to perform under pressure
Bachelors Degree / BTech in Engineering (essential)
Post-graduate Project Management qualification (advantageous)
Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered
