Full-time Fleet Role w/Benefits $19.00 per hour Monday Friday Weekends Off

Shift Details

• Site Operating Hours
• Monday - Friday
• 12:00am - 11:59pm

• Fleet Manager will work a minimum of five 8-hour shifts Monday - Friday
• This person will need to work a mix of morning and evening shifts to support operational coverage.
• As the Fleet Manager the person must be able to work outside these times depending on business needs.

Operational Scope

• Manage all aspects of vehicle readiness safety and performance
• Maintain vehicle maintenance schedules inspections and records
• Coordinate service appointments and repairs with approved vendors
• Ensure fleet cleanliness fueling and preventive maintenance compliance
• Track fleet performance and assist Site Manager with vehicle-related reporting
• Support operational planning to align vechicle availability with service needs

Minimum Requirements

• Over the age of 21 years old
• A High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• Eligible to work for any U.S. employer
• Possesses a valid in-state active drivers license (No temporary licenses or permits accepted.)
• 23 years of experience in fleet logistics or vehicle operations management
• Basic mechanical understanding and ability to assess vehicle condition and safety
• Comfortable with driving a varietyof large vehicles

Summary and all Qualifications

As the Fleet Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day maintenance readiness and compliance of our fleet. You will work closely with the Site Manager to ensure every vehicle meets operational and safety standards.

Youll coordinate vendor maintenance monitor preventive service schedules and maintain detailed vehicle records that align with Onsight Healthcares operational and safety goals. Your role directly supports the efficiency reliability and overall guest experience of the sites vehicle services.

Position Requirements

• Over the age of 21 years old
• A High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• Eligible to work for any U.S. employer
• 23 years of fleet management transportation or logistics experience
• Have possessed a clean driving record for the past 5 years
• Possesses a valid in-state active drivers license (Permits and temporary licenses not accepted)
• Ability to pass all onboarding screening processes
• Work a flexible full-time schedule that includes days evenings as needed
• Adequately operate apps/technology on a tablet and learn new software used for daily tasks
• Ability to build positive working relationships with site staff vendors and internal teams
• Communicate clearly and effectively with leadership and vendors
• Prioritize multiple maintenance tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work in a standing or sitting position for hours at a time in an outdoor environment
• This role may require continuous driving or vehicle inspections throughout the entire shift and engagement in an outdoor environment that at times may include exposure to harsh elements
• Physical involvement may include walking standing pushing and pulling of equipment lifting up to 50 lbs all while maintaining professionalism and attention to safety

Job Responsibilities

• Manage daily fleet operations to ensure all vehicles are safe clean and in proper working order
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance inspections and repairs with approved vendors
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date vehicle maintenance logs and inspection records
• Perform regular fleet checks to identify and report mechanical or safety issues
• Schedule preventive maintenance services and ensure timely completion
• Monitor fuel usage mileage and vehicle condition to ensure cost efficiency and compliance
• Support the Site Manager in maintaining fleet-related operational reports
• Maintain proper documentation of accidents incidents and service requests
• Ensure all vehicles meet federal state and facility safety standards
• Assist with vehicle assignments and key control systems
• Track inventory of fuel cards keys and safety equipment
• Coordinate cleaning schedules and ensure presentation standards are met
• Serve as the liaison between Onsight Healthcare and maintenance vendors
• Collaborate with Site Manager andfacilities staff to ensure readiness for events or increased demand
• Report major issues delays or safety concerns immediately to the Site Manager
• Other duties as assigned
