Overview

The Manager Nursing and Patient Care Services - Home Health is responsible and accountable for the daily operations of one or more clinical areas. Models and leads professional practices consistent with organizational goals of safety customer satisfaction and quality for the area of expertise.

Education

BSN (Required)

Certification/Licensure

RN (Required) - Active in Virginia
BLS (Required within 90 days)

Experience

Home Health or Hospice experience (1 year required)
Clinical experience (3 years required)
Leadership experience (required)
