Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our this role you will be the face of our company engaging with customers and helping them find the right products to meet their needs. Your ability to communicate effectively and provide exceptional customer service will be key to your success. If you are passionate about sales and enjoy working your own space being your own boss we want to hear from you! 100% Commission Only earn up to 100k a year
Duties
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product features through engaging product demos that highlight benefits and uses.
- Utilize cash register systems and POS technology to process transactions accurately.
- Upsell additional products or services based on customer interests enhancing their shopping experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor ensuring that merchandise is displayed attractively.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and contribute to a positive team environment.
Compensation:
- Earning Potential: Generally between $90000 to $100000 annually
- Equity options available Equity shares are provided with each successful recruit creating recurring renewals annually.
- Resources Business development budget leads to call and meet.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers effectively.
- Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply as it enhances our ability to serve a wider clientele.
- Familiarity with closing deals meeting with potential clients.
- A passion for sales with the ability to upsell services confidently.
- Excellent customer service skills demonstrating patience and understanding in all interactions.
- Own your own schedule and make uncapped earnings on every client/customer you bring in.
