Job Summary

Job Summary:

The Project Engineer position is responsible for interfacing with multiple project teams ensuring project goals have been met and executing company objectives.

Essential Duties& Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Coordination:
- Assist in planning coordinating and managing project activities from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met.
- Prepare update and maintain project schedules budgets and documentation.
- Support the preparation of technical reports presentations and project proposals.
- Develop Visio Workflows
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders including clients and team members to ensure alignment on project objectives.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues that arise during project execution.
- Ensure compliance with safety environmental and regulatory standards.

Team Collaboration and Communication:
- Work with cross-functional project teams fostering a collaborative and productive working environment.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders providing updates on project status risks and issues.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned project(s) ensuring clear and transparent communication among all team members and stakeholders.
Risk and Issue Management:
- Proactively identify potential project risks and issues and develop strategies to mitigate or resolve them.
- Handle project issues changes and escalations in a timely manner.
- Ensure that project risks are communicated to all stakeholders and that mitigation plans are in place.
Project Delivery and Evaluation:
- Ensure that all project deliverables meet the agreed-upon scope quality standards and timelines.
- Monitor and track project progress adjusting as needed to ensure successful completion

Experience & Education:

Minimum 1 year of experience in industry
Bachelors degree in engineering is required. (1-5 years)
Bachelors degree in chemical engineering is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management software (e.g. MS Project or similar tools).
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
