Seeking an experienced Senior Solar Engineer to lead the engineering design and delivery of commercial and industrial solar PV projects. You will manage projects through all phasesfrom design and energy yield analysis to construction oversightensuring compliance with local and Swiss codes regulations and industry standards. This role demands a proactive engineer with strong communication skills who thrives in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the engineering design of commercial and industrial solar PV systems tailored to the specified markets.
Perform energy yield analysis and system sizing using tools like PVSyst.
Collaborate with sales teams to develop technical proposals.
Conduct technical reviews to ensure projects meet regulatory and quality standards.
Optimize system layouts for performance reliability and cost-efficiency.
Oversee construction installation and commissioning activities in coordination with project management.
Occasionally travel to Switzerland for office and site visits.
Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrotechnical Engineering Renewable Energies or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of practical experience in solar PV projects preferably in the commercial and industrial segments.
Proactive solution-oriented mindset with strong communication and team collaboration skills.
Fluent in German and English.
Willingness to travel as required.
