Job Summary

Job Title: Contracts & Proposals Engineer - Remote

An Oil and Gas EPC Company is currently hiring a Contracts & Proposals Engineer will be responsible for developing and managing proposals tenders and contracts to ensure compliance with client requirements and company standards. This role requires a technically proficient professional with excellent communication negotiation and project management skills within the Oil & Gas industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Proposal Development

Lead the preparation of technical and commercial proposals in line with client specifications and company standards.
Coordinate inputs from technical teams and ensure timely submission of proposals.
Conduct presentations client engagements and follow-ups to drive business success.

2. Contract Management

Oversee contract negotiation execution and administration to ensure full compliance with company policies and contractual terms.
Manage variations renewals and amendments to maintain up-to-date contract records.

3. Tender Management

Lead the entire tendering processfrom bid preparation and submission to post-bid evaluations.
Ensure adherence to client requirements timelines and documentation standards.

4. Stakeholder Management

Collaborate with project managers engineers procurement and sales teams to align project objectives and communication.
Maintain strong relationships with clients partners and key industry stakeholders.

5. Risk Management

Identify potential risks in proposals and contracts and develop effective mitigation strategies.
Ensure the companys commercial and technical interests are well-protected.

Requirements

Education & Technical Background:

/ in Petroleum Mechanical Electrical Engineering or a related field.

Experience:

25 years of relevant experience in Contract Management Proposal Development and Tender Management within the Oil & Gas industry.

Skills & Competencies:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong project management and analytical abilities.
Proven ability to interpret and apply industry standards (FIDIC LOGIC AACE etc.).
High level of attention to detail organization and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Relevant certifications such as Contracts Management or Project Management (PMP PRINCE2).
Prior experience working with major Oil & Gas clients and contractors.
