Job Description: Governance Lead - 8 years of experience in software testing and quality assur-ance with at least 3 years in a leadership or governance role. Strong understanding of test lifecycle management methodologies (Agile Waterfall Hybrid) and tools (e.g. JIRA HP ALM test).Experience in defining and implementing test governance frameworks. Knowledge of test au-tomation performance testing and security testing practices. Excellent communication stake-holder management and documentation skills. Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards (e.g. SOX GDPR ISO).
