POSITION DESCRIPTION Autism Services Position:Lead Behavior Analyst Location:Royal Oak Reports To:Associate Clinical Manager Status:Full Time FLSA Status:Exempt Our Mission:To provide expert comprehensive services in southeastern Michigan that strengthen children adults and families impacted by abuse and neglect autism developmental disabilities and mental health challenges so they are successful in their communities. Job Summary: TheLeadBehavior Analystprovides behavior services to individuals within Judson Centers Intensive Applied Behavior Analysis program. This includes conducting various assessments developing treatment and behavior plans staff supervision and training parent training and clinical supervision for BCBA candidates in our program. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: - Manage a 130 direct hour intensive ABA caseload including assessments treatment planning ongoing re-assessment parent training and staff supervision including RBTs.
- Prvide billable services to clients on caseload at a minimum of 20 hours per week (including client supervision parent trainings initial and reassessments etc.)
- Supervise 2-3 BCBA candidates.
- Supervise Front Office Support Staff.
- Appropriate documentation of services provided.
- Oversees implementation of ABA program policies and procedures to ensure that services that are client-focused consistent and delivered in a manner that meets agency contract accreditation and regulatory requirements and quality standards.
- Assists and support in hiring training supervision and evaluation of direct reports and all Autism Connections personnel at designated site.
- Oversee monitoring and compliance including but not limited to documentation checks staff internal credentialing external credentialing billable hour requirements staff training clinical audits and monthly/quarterly reporting in accordance with regulatory/contractual mandates.
- Overall management direction coordination clinical oversight and evaluation of the center in a manner consistent with person and family-centered principles of service delivery.
- Assures staff are appropriately trained credentialed and privileged on an on-going basis as required for effective and/or regulatory/contractually mandated program and clinical service delivery.
- Completes all other assignments or duties designated.

- Non-Traditional hours including 24/7 availability to staff including weekends and holidays.
- May work with children teens or young adults with challenging behavior including aggression.
- Ability to travel and attend meetings and functions at various hours
- Job travel utilizing personal vehicle with mileage
Physical Requirements: - Must be able to react and move quickly to respond to impulsive movement of clients (children and teenagers with autism) and remain alert and energetic during therapy sessions.
- Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds and lift up to 50 pounds infrequently.
- Frequently required to walk stand and sit.
- May be required to bend kneel squat crawl pivot and sit on floor throughout the work day.
- Must be able to run or quickly move short distances (up to100 feet) to catch or block clients (children and teenagers with autism)
- Must be able to use physical management techniques including single or two person restraints to help manage behavior of clients (children and teenagers with autism)
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision distance vision color vision peripheral vision depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
