Job Summary

About the Role
Based at our Aberdeen office and reporting directly to the Quality Manager youll play a pivotal role in identifying and delivering process improvements across both office and workshop environments. From streamlining workflows to embedding lean principles youll be at the heart of our transformation journey.
What Youll Do
- Lead and implement lean initiatives that boost efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate across departments to uncover opportunities for optimisation
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement innovation and accountability
- Influence and engage stakeholders at all levels to drive meaningful change
What Were Looking For
- Proven experience in a similar role with a strong track record of successful CI projects
- Deep understanding of lean methodologies and process improvement tools
- A natural problem-solver with a results-driven mindset
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire and influence others
