The Role
planning and service working with the Client this role you will be a key contributor to multi-channel campaign planning and workflows across Intel & Sage campaigns. You will be a key lead for response to briefs campaign innovation and experimentation holistic campaign activation and insight. You will work in partnership with internal Dentsu activation teams and operations. You will be responsible for client satisfaction scores and supporting commercial opportunities for cross-dentsu growth.
Key objective: Lead integrated brand and performance planning solutions whilst ensuring market-leading client service and satisfaction.
This will be achieved by:
Building strong trust-based client and cross-agency relationships
Developing and driving transformational cross-channel planning to deliver best-in-class activation and innovation through iProspects and DANs products and services
What Success Looks Like:
Client satisfaction: Responsible for successful client satisfaction scoring measured quarterly
Effective client management: Manage client contacts effectively by ensuring expectations are set and clearly communicated
Effective planning: Development of an integrated planning strategy that the client buys into
Excellent client business results: Increased performance for our clients on each integrated channel plan
Positive culture: Demonstrate iProspect & dentsu values
Positive feedback: Positive 360feedbackfrom peers
What you bring
Confident presenter
Multi-channel planning experience
Broad knowledge of channels
Confident in managing mid-senior level clients and key stakeholders and initiating strategic conversations
Ability to find and derive consumer and category insight from available planning tools e.g. Mintel Statista YouGov CCS
