The Role: Sales Support Executive
As a key member of the team youll ensure the smooth operation of the sales process and support the delivery of exceptional client experiences. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative and operational support to sales and account management teams.
- Assisting with quotations proposals and order processing.
- Coordinating with internal teams partners and clients to ensure on-time project delivery.
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and managing client communications.
- Supporting the preparation of client meetings presentations and sales reports.
About You
Youll be a great fit if you:
- Have experience in Sales Support Customer Service or Sales Operations within Telecoms IT or Unified Communications.
- Are highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Possess strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Enjoy working collaboratively while taking initiative and ownership of your work.
- Are flexible and open to occasional travel to London for team or client meetings.
