What we look for in aSupervisor:
As our next Supervisor youll have a genuine passion for creating memorable experiences making every customer feel like a welcomed guest in your own home. Youll lead by example delivering exceptional service while building strong connections with both our guests and our team.
Youll take pride in developing and training the team ensuring everyone has the skills and confidence to delight our customers. As a responsible key holder youll confidently lead shifts ensuring the pub runs smoothly and safely.
Some light cooking will also be part of your role so a willingness to get hands-on in the kitchen when needed is essential. Above all youll be someone whos committed to a long-term career in hospitality and in return well support your development and help you grow and succeed with us.
