What Youll Do

NetDocuments is seeking a Senior Manager Infrastructure to lead the day-to-day operations of our Datacenter Infrastructure team and support the broader Cloud Operations this highly impactful role youll ensure our infrastructure runs with excellence reliability and scalability while helping drive our continued evolution toward a fully public cloud environment. Youll collaborate across engineering architecture and incident management teams to deliver world-class uptime and performance for our global SaaS platform.

You will:

• Manage on-premise datacenter operations as part of the Cloud Infrastructure team ensuring stability and performance.

• Partner with Software Engineering Cloud Engineering and Architecture teams to maintain a world-class cloud and infrastructure operation.

• Ensure security and compliance standards (SOC2-T2 ISO27001) are implemented effectively and pragmatically.

• Maintain and enhance business continuity (BC) and disaster recovery (DR) plans in alignment with evolving business needs.

• Oversee observability standards and practices across the infrastructure environment in collaboration with key stakeholders.

• Provide leadership for incident response SMEs in partnership with the defined Incident Management process.

• Build trusted partnerships within the CTO organization especially with Cloud Engineering leadership.

• Lead mentor and develop a high-performing team of engineers focused on professional growth certification and readiness for full public cloud operations.

• Manage AWS PaaS services supporting NetDocuments SaaS applications.

• Lead annual budget planning and ongoing cost oversight for tools infrastructure and personnel.

• Implement best practices for vendor management within the infrastructure domain.

What Youll Need to be Successful

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.

• 12 years of professional experience in cloud or infrastructure engineering/operations preferably within a SaaS environment.

• 6 years of people leadership experience with strong coaching development and team-building skills.

• Deep understanding of technology infrastructure functions and operational best practices for SaaS companies.

• Proven experience in automation DevOps and platform engineering.

• Demonstrated project and change management experience within a multinational organization.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage confidently with senior leaders and stakeholders.

• Strong business acumen including strategic planning budgeting and financial management.

• Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOC2-T2 and ISO27001.

Compensation Transparency

The compensation range for this position is: $182000 - $208000

The posted cash compensation for this position includes on target earnings. Some roles may qualify for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are determined based on various factors specific to each candidate such as career level skills experience geographic location qualifications and other job-related considerations.
