Medical Negligence Associate Senior Associate or Special Counsel
- Complex defendant professional indemnity against medical professionals and institutions.
- Work directly with well-regarded Doyles Guide Legal 500 and Best Lawyers Australia listed Partner.

About the role:
- Working with medical professionals institutions and intermediaries across all lines of work from civil litigation disciplinary coronial inquiries and Medicare / Professional Services Review investigations in addition to issues of practice and procedure.
- Gain a depth of invaluable experience in multi factorial claims including policy interpretation and coverage issues.
The ideal candidate:
- 3 years post-admission experience in defendant medical negligence or health law up to Special Counsel level.
- Experience acting for insurers or healthcare institutions.
- A Credit or Distinction average in your law degree (graduates from UNSW or University of Sydney viewed favourably but not essential).
- A professional down-to-earth style and genuine interest in long-term development.
