Job Description:
We are seeking a General Manager to oversee the operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong servant leadership skills a passion for hospitality extensive knowledge of cocktails and experience in P&L management.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of staff members to provide exceptional service to guests
- Ensure the highest standards of hospitality are maintained at all times
- Utilize cocktail knowledge to create innovative drink menus and train staff on proper preparation techniques
- Manage the financial performance of the establishment including budgeting forecasting and analyzing P&L statements
- Implement strategies to drive revenue and maximize profitability
