Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated skilled and reliable individual with excellent customer service skills to become a full-time Restoration Apprentice atHBM Restoration. This role involves assisting in the repair of both residential and commercial properties. Applicants should possess the following qualifications: A valid drivers license reliable vehicle basic knowledge of hand tools strong willingness to learn applicants must be capable of: Standing walking kneeling crawling climbing and bending for extended periods lifting pushing pulling and carrying between 50 to 70 pounds including navigating several flights of stairs.

Key Responsibilities:
Working alongside with the Restoration team to meet and exceed customer needs
On the job training towards Restoration Technician position:
Fundamentals of mitigation understanding balance drying system cycle metric antimicrobial and demolition training.
Skills/Qualifications:
High School Diploma GED or equivalent.
Must have a valid driver license and a reliable vehicle
Pass background check for insurance purposes.
Excellent communication skills
Able to read write text and email.
Customer service oriented
Ability to work a flexible schedule
Keep accurate records of time cards checkout forms vehicle records and any job paperwork.
Willingness to learn and improve
Schedule:
- Mon/Tues/Wed/Thurs/Fri 7:30am 4pm primarily
- Availability to work 24/7: on-call weekend work and assist emergency calls/projects as needed.
- On call: Mon/Tues/Wed/Thurs/Fri 4:00pm 10pm and weekends Saturday 9am 6pm
Compensation range: $17 to $19/per hour
