The role
What will you be doing
Position: Claims CoordinatorLocation: Dorking or Basingstoke with hybrid working
What will you bring
The Claims Coordinators provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers in all aspects of Claims Administration to be successful in this position you will:
Be proactive curious and a confident communicator
Have an excellent telephone manner providing great customer service
Speak to brokers clients claimants or medical providers
Have good attention to detail and work in a varied and fast-paced environment
Be able to interpret information and make appropriate recommendations
Work alone and autonomously as well as collaboratively in a team
Be able to use IT internal systems on a day-day basis
The successful Customer Service Advisors can expect:
