Contribute to the achievement of SPHEROS Suzhou sales target in line with agreed targets
- Implement company sales strategy fulfill sales target
- Coordinate remittance and in time AR collection
- Monitor and take the necessary actions to reduce overdues
Ensure growth with the customers via profitable order intake
- Develop and maintain market and customer within responsible area
- Implement company price rules to achieve best selling price
- Collect market information(sales informationcompetitors etc) analyze and report
Manage the relationship with the customer
- Is the SPHEROS Suzhou Sales Representative in his own responsible for Southeast Aisa area.
- Negotiate prices in case of modification (technical volumes raw material and inflation) and any market effect
- Liaise with Commercial and Sales Director to ensure price update and quotation appropriate
- Manage the relationship with the customer in case of claims and logistic/quality crisis
Key Performance Indicators: Sales turnoveroverduescustomer development profit margin
