Responsibilities

Pre-op Preparation
Assisting the medical team
Instrument Sterilization
Patient Monitoring
Documentation and Records
Patient Education on post-procedure care

Required skills and qualifications

Valid RN license in the state of Florida
Minimum 2 years of experience in a procedural setting ASC emergency or critical care nursing
BLS certification
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and maintain composure in high-pressure situations

Preferred skills and qualifications

1 year of GI endoscopy experience
ACLS certification (must be completed within 90 days of employment)
Specialty certification in Perioperative Nursing
